About us
The Magical Emporium is an independent online gift shop, run from London by Morgan Industries Ltd (company number 17445665, registered in England and Wales). Our guide, Tinsella the wish scout, helps you find thoughtful presents for everyone on your list, from cosy nights in to stocking fillers.
How we work
We don't keep a warehouse. We choose products from trusted suppliers and makers, and they send your order directly to you:
- Personalised and printed items (mugs, posters, clothing and cards) are printed to order by our print partners, Gelato and Inkthreadable, usually in the UK.
- Gifts and homeware are sent by our supplier partners in the UK, or in the USA for orders to the United States.
Because items can come from different partners, an order with several items may arrive in separate parcels. Our Shipping policy shows delivery times and costs, and the delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Our promise
- Prices are shown in pounds (UK) or US dollars (US), and the delivery cost is shown before you pay.
- UK customers can cancel within 14 days of receiving their order and then have a further 14 days to send it back (28 days in total). US customers can return most items within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund policy.
