Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

 

Delivery cost and time

Standard delivery is £4.49 and takes 5 to 8 business days from when you order. Orders are sent by our supply partners and may arrive in more than one parcel.

 

Christmas delivery

To arrive before Christmas, order by the date shown at the top of the store. Orders placed after that date arrive after Christmas.

 

Tracking

We email you tracking details when an order is dispatched, where the carrier provides them.

 

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived after 8 business days, email tinsella@magicalemporium.shop with your order number and we will look into it straight away.
