Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases from magicalemporium.shop, which is run by Morgan Industries Ltd (company number 17445665, registered office 140 Dance Square, London, EC1V 3AL), trading as The Magical Emporium. Contact: tinsella@magicalemporium.shop.
- Orders. When you place an order we send you an email confirming we have received it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your goods. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown wrongly, and we will refund you in full.
2. Prices. Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout.
3. Payment. You can pay by the methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order.
4. Delivery. See our shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control, but we will always help you.
5. Cancelling and returns. See our return and refund policy. Your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
6. Product information. We take care to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours may vary slightly on screen.
7. Privacy. See our privacy policy for how we use your personal information.
8. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
9. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring claims in your local courts.
10. Changes. We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to your order.
